Behavioral with the HR team, live case with member of AI strategy team and third round behavioral with vertical lead. Live case is for you to practice showing your ability to articulate Hebbia's value to a client.
Honestly was not super impressed with this process or team. My interviewer showed me nearly ten minutes late, didn't apologize or give any explanation, and was clearly doing other things the entire interview. I advanced to the final round but received a generic rejection email which is very frustrating. I think if candidates progress that far in the stage, they should get feedback.
Also lack of structured communication from the team. As a side note, I recommend anyone applying to really look into the product because it seems like a case of shiny pilots that don't lead to actual customer retention over long-term.
