It was a very smooth and transparent interview process. The steps were clear and there were 4 stages to the interview - a case at each stage. Overall though, the interview experience was great

Initially no response to online application. Networked and was contaced about interview. Had two interviews, they were pretty straightforward discussions about my work experience. Discussed a follow-up interview and then radio silence for about a month. Received generic rejection email. Similar to others very surprised about the lack of recruiting professionalism given firm reputation and exec search business. Ultimately landed in similar role at competitor, with a much more response process.
