Pretty poor phone interview. The guy running it seemed very awkward and it was clear he was reading from a sheet. Not comfortable with normal conversation so threw in weird questions not appropriate for the role level like 'what is IRR?'. Despite being a senior person I don't think he had much experience in recruiting. This was second stage - first stage was mandatory online tests. Online tests seemed fairly pointless as they centred around geometry / trigonometry / algebra. Again, I'd maybe get it if it was a graduate position.
