Hellas Restaurant and Bakery interview questions

Very expedited, and we’re willing to answer any questions. Only issue was my interviewer was nearly 30 minutes late to the interview. I let it go because it is a restaurant, but they weren’t super busy at the time of my interview (11am on a weekday)

The interviewer didn’t show up to the interview for nearly 30 minutes, but I sat down with the owner of the restaurant where the interview was more about my personality and ability to work in the service industry.
