Interview
First I did a coding test. They send me a Github repository with some instructions.
After 2 weeks they did HR and Tech interview at the same time. Two guys asking me questions about HR and Tech. The skype call was terrible and we had to turn off the camera but the delay continued. The tech guy accent was very difficult for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlin) in Nov 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and we set up a 30mins call. After the call, they sent me a take-home challenge which was mainly about architecture, SOLID and unit tests. Created a pr with a solution which was later reviewed by one of their senior engineers with a few meaningful comments. I was moved onto the technical interview where we discussed deeply the take-home, challenge, and improvements. I passed this stage and had a meeting with the head of the mobile department and finally an offer.

This was one of the best recruitment experience that I got in my short career span. I got a chance to talk to one of the most esteemed HR/Tech Team in Berlin. Interview
I applied online and I had 3 interviews.
1-Interview with the HR, basically talking about my past experiences and introducing me the company. After that they gave me a coding challenge that is basically a simple version of Hello Fresh app.
2-I was asked about some decisions I did during the development of the app as well some android related questions.
3-Task with the CTO
