I recently interviewed for the Senior Data Analyst position at HelloFresh. The process was smooth, well-structured, and overall a positive experience. My recruiter, Jenny McKenna, was very friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the process. She clearly explained the interview timeline and compensation details, and the interview itself felt conversational rather than stressful. The questions focused mainly on communication skills, data visualization, and experience working with stakeholders. The feedback after the interview was timely and respectful. First round - Phone screening with recruiter (15-20 min). Second Round - 45 min video interview with hiring manager. Last Round - 45 min video interview with the team. The experience was good and the questions were also pretty straight forward.
