There was a team of 4 scientists. They were nice at the beginning. They started to ask questions to see your experience with polymers and resins. At the end of interview, a scientist told me I could learn more by going back to school.

it is great process, good practice. good working environment. Upon the acquisition of Dial by Henkel it was a very drawn out process of constant reductions and other asssorted cost saving projects. Went from 750 employees down to zero.
