Interesting and good interaction with the interviewer. Interviewer is convinced that I can do the job but was very concerned about the salary package that I am drawing now from my existing job. Seemingly I may be overqualified for the job.

First round was a short telephone interview for around 45 minutes to get to know you.
Second round was also a telephone interview with business unit general manager for 1 hour via Skype.
