The interview process seemed unorganized. There were multiple cancelations and rescheduling with long waits in between emails and the actual interviews. Made the decision to withdraw from the process after the second round.

Very standard questions like tell me about yourself.
It was good and was a nice, professional, and transparent system. Process is faster and more transparent, but sometimes you need to be more thorough on their product knowledge how they work etc c
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Rocky Hill, CT) in May 2025
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager, followed by panel interview. Discussed company background, skills and experience. Open and transparent that other internal applications were being reviewed. No offer given.
