Interview process was a multi-stage process and it consisted of 2 rounds. Both rounds were conducted online. In first interview questions were related to the previous employment experience, hands on experience in chemical laboratory, polymer related basics etc..,In second interview discussions were done to find the attitude towards new tasks, skill requirements etc.. First received a verbal offer over phone and later offer letter was sent through an email.
