There were 3 rounds - the initial HR call, one with the team members and the hiring manager and the last one with the director of the department.
The focus was on my previous experience in managing projects as a whole and the senior management team steering I have been able to do.
In the end, I was rejected - my understanding is that they had a more senior candidate applying for the same position and they felt their seniority will be better for stakeholder management - as there will be a lot of management team interactions required
