Initial recruiter conversation was great, They were very helpful, laid out what I should expect, and gave great feedback. The day before the second round interview, Henry laid off a lot of the staff including my referral to the company without any feedback or updates directed my way, I had to reach out to know if the layoffs affected the interview (said that it didn't). Second round was with a Director of Operations, who didn't really have any operational background and I could tell through both their questions directed to me and how they answered my questions that the individual had minimal Operations/PMO experience and that the role was to be a yes-man type to leadership. The latest reviews post layoff make that apparent so I am glad to have been declined by company.
