I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Henry Schein (Jersey City, NJ) in Jan 2017
Interview
Fast paced, move quickly once it got started. Difficult process though, a lot of situational questions. Started out STAR based then moved to "What would you do?" Interviewer provided feedback on questions at the end.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If there was a sign on the door that said no sales rep, but you went in, how would you deal with an unhappy customer?
Straightforward
Three interviews, two over the phone, 1 in-person with a Sales Manager and a district manager.
They look for experienced salespeople or good-looking individuals, if you're neither you're out of luck.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Henry Schein (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
straight forward, great follow up and wonderful people
hiring manager worked closely with HR, who stayed in touch every step of the way. I highly recommend working for this organization
Very Brief. The questions were very general. Basically reviewing my resume and past experience. The interviewer was polite and patient and didn't rush me. It was a very comfortable setting. One of the easier interviews.
