Hey Frankie interview questions

I don't normally leave reviews but Ryan, the founder, has created such a negative experience that I had to leave one today. He said at the beginning of the interview "Don't take this personal if this ends too quickly". I just smiled and said ok, but I thought it was odd. Then, he asked me to introduce myself and explain my past experience, and while I do understand that he believed I am not the right fit for this role, hanging up on me immediately is not acceptable. Specially while I was mid-talk and genuinely wanted to know his reasoning. I've never experienced such rude behavior from an interviewer before. Your time is not more important than the candidates time. If you're the founder and your'e that busy, maybe consider hiring an HR specialist.

The interview with Ryan felt like a sharktank episode. He quickly asked me questions about myself. I tried to make some light talk but he completely skipped over it. Everything just seemed rushed and chaotic. I knew immediately even if I somehow went through I wouldn’t want to work there. Of course I received no further communications from Ryan.
