The process was fast and straightforward. The first call was with HR, and they were extremely nice, clear and professional. The second one was with the CEO, who on the contrary appeared busy and distracted: he kept on typing on his laptop or on his phone, appeared to be looking at another tab, and asked the same questions twice (as he was clearly not listening). Furthermore, the questions were irrelevant to the role or to my experience, and were more along the lines of "tell me why you left this company and joined the other" or "why are you willing to leave your actual company". After this disappointing step I received a rejection, which I was absolutely not surprised about as the person I was speaking to looked clearly uninterested and busy, and came across as almost being "forced" to be in that call. If they felt I was a waste of their time, it was reciprocal. It was sad, because the first step had been great and I can only recommend that nice HR representative I talked to at the beginning.
