HiLite interview questions

Calling all the applicants in the name of interview and in first round of hr questions only 1 year experience,why that this, wasting time of hundreds of people by inviting interview they are not shortlisting before calling, people comes from 100km away is getting disappointed,very disrespecting behaviour from hr lady . don't even ask a single question for the role and measuring the people with beauty and culture not on skills, please don't go for such interviews

Good ,its going very well...asking most relevant questions about site and role of site engineer also asking technical questions about civil engineering.They want employee with hardworking and flexible for any kind of work also they treat freshers well.
