Hidden Valley Medical Center interview questions

I sent in a blind cover letter and resume. They expressed interest in my work history and were considering adding a full function controller position. They are a family owned business with husband and wife operating the company. They employ it young high energy staff. I had several contacts with them by email. I interviewed with two people for about one hour. The owner wife express concern of the specific accounting software that I currently use at my current position. I sent them a thank you for the interview that evening. Follow up was done by email. They were looking for some one that used the exact software version that they use. I expressed that I could quickly pick up any software in a short amount of time. They stated that they will only hire someone with the exact version.
