High Touch Technologies interview questions

Recruiter contacted me through Monster. We played phone tag. She was scattered and confused and mentioned how urgent it was to fill the position. She wanted me to be prepared to act quickly. She followed up twice and then left me hanging without a status for 8 weeks. Then she called back in a hurry and scheduled an interview. The interviewer was a development manager. Competent, professional, and delightful.

I was called by the recruiter for phone screen and then had a couple of face to face interviews. Very communicative until decision time came. No follow up, no additional correspondence. If you can't provide feedback at least a quick note to say we've gone a different way is appreciated.
