I interviewed at High Trees Community Development Trust
Interview
Two stages - first online, second in person with a job specific test before the second interview. Quite relaxed but through process. Was asked about connection to local area and why I wanted the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at High Trees Community Development Trust in Dec 2024
Interview
Whole interview inclusive of my questions lasted 12 minutes. They did state both via email prior to the interview and at the start of the interview that their first stage interviews are ‘shorter than average’ and reassured briefly about this before going into questions. Quick formal introductions from the two CEOs (no time for warmth or friendliness) followed by quick-fire like questions, some of which felt like trick questions.
Following the interview, feedback was offered by organisation via email, but the only feedback given was “other candidates had more experience”.

Question 1
What is your favourite age group of children to work with?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at High Trees Community Development Trust (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was fine, perhaps a bit one sided on Zoom with only one staff member really speaking. However, they never got back to me or acknowledged me after interviewing me (they even invited me to interview for the role) which is disrespectful to candidates.
