Interview was very relaxed and the interviewer was easy to talk to. Easy questions. More about getting to know the person rather than previous experience that applies to job specifically.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at HigherUp (Pasadena, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
This was more of a negotiation with my future partner. He would finance the company and I would run it. My future partner called me one day and asked me to join him for dinner without telling me what it was about. He then pitched the idea of starting a business together. The discussion/negotiation process went on for several months until we came to a final agreement.
