Highlands Community Charter School interview questions

The staff is nice and welcoming. Normally they do 3 to 4 interviews and it could take more than a month. The final interview is with the Executive Director who asks some behavior questions.

I could tell something was off when talking to the principals of this school. We talked extensively about movies. It was strange. I was thankful to have gotten the job but later found out they were under investigation. Apparently, they were claiming their adult Ed students were regular k12 students which the state of California pays a lot more money for. They also subtly use Christianity. Just look at the front page of their website.
