The manager on duty did not show up- he had forgotten the interview was scheduled. One of the staff that was working reached out to him, and we were able to do the interview by phone. Once on the phone, we had the interview and he was kind and apologetic. I appreciated that he was open to my transparency around this job being a transition space for me.
