It was for the Spring term internship. After submitting the application, I got invited into the office for an interview with two HR recruiters. The interview lasted about 45 mins - be prepared to ask questions yourself as well!

Which department/ team are you most interested in? Why?
Very quick phone interview. The woman I spoke with was good with answering any questions and talking to me about my experience. Would go back if I got another one!

Interview
the woman was very friendly and informative. She answered all of my questions and was honest with me as well. It was easy and conversational, took about 30 minutes via phone call. She made Hill Holliday sound like a great place to work.
