Hillcrest HealthCare System interview questions

Fill in application, get a call from the recruiter, go to an interview with the unit manager and if they want to give you an offer they call and tell you the pay rates. Very welcoming and open with pay rates and shift procedures from the beginning.

Not so bad, it’s a little bit difficult but still can be handled. I enjoyed the conversation with the interviewer. Some questions were strange but the interviewer would provide some hints so I did an excellent job on it. It’s been a good experience so far, I still think I should do better thought. Hopefully, my experience can help other interviewers.
