Very friendly! You first get interviewed by the supervisor then the manager, in my case area manager. I was fresh from college, and didn’t not have much experience, but as long as you show you have a good personality for a hospitality industry, you’re good to go!

An interview with the front desk agent followed by an interview with the General Manager and a tour. The general manager is very laid back in this process and may talk about previous employees, hotel awards and or his family, it is key to remain professional while still showing interest in what he is saying.
