Interview
Was send a link in order to complete a unidirectional video interview.
The negative rating does not come so much from the interview interface or the questions as it is up to the company to select their employees.
My remarks focus on the fact that for a company looking to employ ppl, there has not been 1 line of feedback. Over a phone call or a f2f you do get a feedback, expressed over the interactions. I therefore feel rejected by a machine. Maybe they have been looking to employ machines

Interview
Following the completion of the OnDemand Video Interview the first interview was with the VP of Professional Services. I was surprised how quick the interview was and how few questions I was asked. I didn't really get a sense that I was being interviewed, rather I was interviewing them. Second Interview was with another Programme Manager and a PS Consultant. Both nice guys but didn't feel the energy or excitement from them about their company and I didn't leave thinking "wow, I have to work for that company". Because the whole process was done online (I get thats what the software is they sell) I didn't get a feel for the personality of the company, the culture, the buzz
