Hlebprom interview questions

Had one technical interview with hiring manager and head of department. Also, had and one interview with CIO. It's simple process for small medium-sized company. HR was not involved at all - all interviews were planned and conducted by IT department employees. Security department background check was performed "somewhere in background" and I haven't met them.
