Interview
Beginning stages of interview process, generally a long process from what I’ve heard. I got to the first stage via a recruiter on behalf of the company and the next stage is writing a 1 page motivational letter with the below questions

1. Why are you interested in the Compliance Assistant role. 2. What makes you want to leave or refrain from practicing law (if applicable). 3. What do you believe your value add will be should you be successful with your application. 4. What are your general interests?

Interview
It was a good experience very straightforward, after applying online it didn’t take long to get a response and I had to pick a date to get interviewed. The hiring manager was very friendly.

Interview
First round is with the Compliance Manager Compliance Supervisor and an HR Representative. The second round is more of a chat with the Head of Compliance and another senior member of the team
