Holston Medical Group interview questions

Phone interview, then an in person interview with 2 members of management. Recieved job offer and pay rate from HR over the phone. Negotiated pay rate over the phone. Accepted pay rate. Had to report for drug screening within 48 hours of accepting offer. Orientation for one day at corporate HQ, then reported to office where I would be working the next day.

I was called by another employer and asked if I wanted the job. I came had a brief "sit down" with two ladies and was hired almost immediately. I was given a firm to fill out, something like an assessment
