The interview is not all that professional. The people are somewhat nice but talk about the people they hire as home health caregivers. they do not pay you what you are worth with No BENEFITS or incentives. They really do not put you with this most appropriate client for your personality. If you are going to do all the cooking and the cleaning and bathing and caring for the senior it is well worth $10 or more dollars an hour the company is greedy since they get half of what they charge the customers

Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).

The interview process was easy. They ask you if you have any experience. After the interview, they do call your references, so make sure you have good ones. It took about a week to schedule orientation.
