All of the staff very kind & considerate. The usual rigors of drug test, criminal background check, and finger printing.
Interviewer was professional but not intimidating. She was pleasant. Is that enough words? May I please be free to leave page now

Have you ever had any type experience caring for fragile elderly and if so tell me about it.
Very easy and personal. Very professional. Came in and was greeted in such a way that just made you know this is for me. Took time to ask me about myself.

The interview process was easy. They ask you if you have any experience. After the interview, they do call your references, so make sure you have good ones. It took about a week to schedule orientation.

Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).
