quite comprehensive. had some tests, asked questions about my work background, my desires and goals, where I want to be, my ethics, etc. very friendly manner. wanted to know more about what's inside me than what my education is like. they want to know what makes you tick.

They paint everything like the company is very organized and supposedly everybody loves working there. But the truth is, the company is being run by a 23 year old kid who yells at his employees and is very disorganized. You're being interviewed by 3 people and they all look very Profesional and nice, the truth is they are just filling the room with people, you'll only see or talk to the HR manager once in a while.
