My experience was extremely disappointing. Just as I was gearing up for the final virtual interview with the top management, it was abruptly canceled just 10 minutes beforehand, with only a vague promise of a rescheduled time. Despite my diligent follow-ups, I was left in the dark, feeling utterly ghosted. What made matters worse was seeing the same job advertised again four months later, adding insult to injury. The interview process, which purportedly consisted of three stages - meeting the hiring manager, completing a case study assignment, and finally meeting with the management team - lacked the human touch and crucial feedback, leaving me disheartened and disillusioned with the entire experience. They also perform a background check before the interviews.

Interviewed via microsoft teams, met very friendly interview panel asking how I would do differently to ensure collections are done. After a week, I was sent an assignment to complete which I would present to the panel. The team looked professional and very practical in all the interview process.
