    Associate Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Rogers, AR

    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Rogers, AR) in February 2012.

    Interview

When they first opened I applied. Perhaps the nature of the process it was quick. A lot of people found other jobs because the time between hiring and store prep took longer than they were prepared to wait. Communication was a problem it was selective and inconsistent, depending on who you were.
