I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Homebound (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was very long, company had multiple rounds of interviews with 3+ team members before making an offer. Some members were professional while others were not and more laid back which made the interview process less stressful
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions they asked about were work experience, startup and technology experience
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Homebound (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Started with the typical phone call with the recruiter.
The hiring manager took the interview from their car. They asked me very few questions about myself and didn’t seem prepared to conduct an interview. It was a poor experience.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Homebound in Aug 2024
Interview
Communication from recruiter was great, generally quick and clear follow ups. Process was a bit overlong. Included a case study which is fairly common for product roles but the audience would be the same I would then go on to have 1:1s with as well. Final interview was with CPO who was an unbearable braggart and did not have a background in Product. His desires for the role and what we would bring did not align with the team I had spent weeks interviewing with. They described chaos and hope for change. He did not desire change which led to a confusing conversation. The team had clearly not set me up for success in this case. Was formally rejected 3 days later with no feedback. After the time that was spent, a weekend on a case study and the many interviews, this is not a respectful org.
