In-person interview in London. The panel was friendly although made me wait for 40 minutes. My interview was scheduled at 12 and didn't start until 12.40. I didn't find this professional from their side.
I didn't get the job, well never hear back from them after the interview so I assume they simply don't contact applicatants if unsuccessful, which I don't agree with either.

What experience do you have related to working with homeless people?
The interview lasted an hour but I never heard back from them - I’m wondering if this is the norm. A lot of situational questions which was fine. I was interviewed by 3 people
Disappointing interview process.
Was asked to come into the London office and prepare a 10 minutes strategy presentation. In total the interview lasted 60 minutes with only 4 minutes at the end to ask questions. Shared my slides after the interview.
Never received any response from them. At all, just nothing. Very disappointing that this charity does not appreciate the time and effort candidates take for applications and interviews and doesn't bother to get back to them.
