The initial stages of the interview process were promising, with professional communication and clear alignment between my qualifications and the role. However, the process quickly became drawn out and disorganized, spanning over six weeks with repeated delays and vague updates. Despite being told I was a top candidate, there was minimal transparency regarding the decision-making process, and no actionable feedback was provided even after multiple stages. The lack of clarity made it challenging to understand where I stood, and ultimately, I was abruptly rejected with no explanation, despite the time and effort invested. The experience left me feeling like the process was poorly managed, with little regard for candidate experience. While the company initially seemed like a good fit, this experience raised concerns about how internal processes and communication are handled, making it difficult to recommend pursuing opportunities here.
