Interview
There was a phone call. I thought that the interview went very well and was hopeful on the response from it, however, even after following up multiple times …I was ghosted… like not even the automated email which is the equivalent to a “F’ off’…. In fact, no one from Homteam has ever responded back to me. I am no detective but I think after four weeks it is safe to say I did not get the job. I am very disappointed in how this recruiting process unfolded. I believed in the company mission but if this is representative of the company as a whole I may have dodged a bigger headache. Overall, a very rude and disheartening to experience.
