The interview process was long but thorough. The recruiter consistently communicated and followed up. I felt prepared for the role when the offer was made. There could be improvements with the initial onboarding procedure.
It started with recruiter screening and then proceeded to hiring manager interview. I believe there will be panel interviews afterwards. Fairly standard process overall, similar to other tech startups. Nothing out of ordinary

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Homeward Health in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied to the position online and heard back from a recruiter the day after for a phone interview. The interview was set for the next week but ended up getting pushed back by another few days because of an emergency that came up for the recruiter. The interview itself was pleasant and involved questions about myself and also about the company / position in general. The company needed someone to take the position immediately, which did not fit my situation, so I was told they will not move forward with my application.
