Honeycomb (PA) interview questions

5 interviews and additional homework. I had to create a full scale email marketing campaign and present it to the entire marketing department. In the end they hired no one. Looks like the used the interview process to get free labor.

Step 1 is a one-way video interview where the ask about 6 questions. Nobody likes these and in my opinion, are just lazy. Step 2 they wanted to do a "mini test", which I find ridiculous. How about you meet me first before asking me to do an assessment? Then a group interview, which is fine. Then ANOTHER assignment, which is a presentation that you are expected to have done before the call. Asking someone to do 2 assignments and a one-way interview is ridiculous, especially when you're looking for people with the level of experience they are. I have a strict rule that I'm not doing any assignments that I'm not being paid for, so needless to say, I was out on this company.
