Whole process quite fast, HR WhatsApp contact for interview, within 1-2 days will have results for next round / offer.
Overall the interview is not difficult and no coding test, because the turnover rate of my team is very high, they want to hire people even with less experience.
First round zoom interview with Manager, ask for general question and high level technical questions. Like what difficulties have you encountered in your development, how did you tackle it.
Second round zoom interview with team lead, ask more technical question, which and why programming language you love.
