The previous reviews are spot on. Long interview process with a very unnecessarily detailed take-home project. It feels like they are gathering ideas for their product for free. One of the interviews was with a senior leader who approached the interview like an interrogation. This person also made comments that were very unprofessional.
Had a phone screen and then a skype interview with fairly simple questions. After the skype interview they asked me to complete a design challenge within a short timeframe. I heard back a week later that I didn't get the offer, and the provided no context into why, and didn't offer any feedback.

Asking a designer to do a significant amount of work for free without even coming in for an interview, and then giving them no feedback afterwards feels exploitative.
