The interview is overall low key. Be sure to dress business casual for the live interview. I had mine over the phone because I was still in school. They ask why they should hire you, where do you see you're self in 5 years, as well as about your experience in school.
Phone interview, it was pretty easy. Just talked about myself and they offered me the job. They didn't really ask much, more interested in seeing if I could make it to the mudlogging training in Tulsa

Interview
The interview for the job I applied for was fairly straight forward. I arranged for a phone interview with a recruiter at their headquarters a few days after applying online. The interviewer asked a series of questions on my background, education, and overall career goals. No behavioral questions were asked. I feel that it was a relatively easy interview since I felt confident and prepared.
