I was referred by an employee and about one week later the recruiter had a phone screen with me for about twenty minutes to know more about my background. Then another HR emailed me with the technical interview schedule and I confirmed that. However, I have not received any calls nor explanations so far. I tried to contact the recruiter and the HR but got no reply. As a new grad, I know I lack experience. But I think they should at least give me an explanation or official rejection, instead of just stop contacting me any more. I am very disappointed at their efficiency and they lack respect for interviewees.
