Had a phone interview ended it myself after 5 minutes. The girls were not friendly at all. Then they were confused why I applied when I don’t have healthcare experience after I told them I’m looking for growth and something new. The call was extremely awkward and I was very uncomfortable. I told them I was ending the call. If you read my resume and knew I didn’t have healthcare experience and that’s something you need then please don’t waste my time.

Interview
Interview process was pretty quick. Only took about 20 minutes over the phone. You fill out 2 assessments. If recruiter likes you, you will get scheduled for a second round interview and they choose the date for that interview. It is possible to have three rounds of interviews if the director is available.

I received a prescreen call after applying for the position on LinkedIn. Soon after the call I received an email to schedule an in person interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes with the first two interviewers then I was asked to talk to another interviewer which lasted another 30 minutes.
