Hostelling Scotland interview questions

Relaxed and very conversational. Human resources processing took time but otherwise fine. Mostly questions directed at keeping own health whilst working night hours. Not much preparation needed outside of a quick website scan.

They asked insightful questions to better understand my background and thought process.
