The interviewer (the marketing director) generally gave me a positive vibe that he is a pleasant person who seeks to listen to understand things. He didn't ask any skeptical/negative/challenging questions which some other interviewers may do. He is open to answering all questions I asked him, to help me understand the company and it functions better. He positioned himself on an equal level throughout the interview - which is nice and kind. Most of his questions were around trying to understand my rationales in doing things. He did ask for my views/suggestions on what I could do for the company in terms of social media marketing which I ended up sharing like I am in a marketing plan proposal session rather than an interview. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience. I think he will be a nice person/lead to work with. I have not gotten the offer yet as I just had the interview yesterday. Let's see how it goes.
