The process was quick and casual. I had been acquainted with the staff for some time, which made the interview easier. Two staff members interviewed me. We chatted a while about books and writing, which is to be expected in an institution like this. This was only a temporary, part-time position, so my interview experience shouldn't be taken as representative of the process for hiring someone full-time and on a more permanent basis.
