Humaans interview questions

The interview process included interviews with the direct line manager, team and CEO. It was a good opportunity to learn about the company and team energy. There was also a case study stage involved.

I interviewed for a Software Engineer position in February 2025. I dealt with an external recruiter. I had a total of 7 interviews with Humaans (one with someone from engineering, then two separate technical interviews, then one behavioural interview, then two interviews with different C-suite members, and then one final interview with someone from engineering). It was a combination of remote and on site at their office. The process took 3.5 weeks. The technical interviews were leetcode (2 questions), and a technical discussion (kind of systems design, but mostly being asked questions). Most of the people were very friendly. I did not get offered the job and the feedback why was that they did not think I showed enough enthusiasm for working at Humaans.
