Interviewer sought to clarify some points in the cover letter and resume. Did not ask difficult questions, allowed interviewee to expand on interests and strengths. Spent most of the interview describing the internship for the interviewee and answering questions about the internship.

The selection process and interview itself was short, took about 3 weeks for the initial call after online application and 15 minutes of informal interview. The interviewer was courteous and allowed for questions, explained the job and was flexible is discussing the position further
